Andrew Kay (LLB Hons)


Andrew is one of the founding directors and shareholders of Arkade Property and currently heads the commercial property department, which deals with the sale and letting of commercial property and the sale and acquisition of businesses as a going concern. His vast knowledge of the legal aspects of these transactions in addition to his experience of Birmingham property generally, enables him to provide a service of the highest standard across the West Midlands


Andrew Kay was educated at Solihull School and studied law at Manchester University (1979 – 1982,) where he was awarded the International Law prize, and Chester Law College (1982 – 1983) before joining Blakemores Solicitors in 1983. He subsequently joined Sydney Mitchell Solicitors where he became a partner, specialising in residential and commercial property law.

Sybilla Rose (B.A. Hons)

Sybilla soared at a meteoric rate through the ranks from lettings negotiator to her current status as Arkade's no-nonsense office and finance manager.

She is our company's fixer and if there is an important issue or issue to be considered it will undoubtedly be brought to Sybilla's attention and then quickly resolved and handled with her trademark charm and aplomb.

James Clapham (B.A. Hons)


There are few more focused or determined sales directors than James. He brings his champion hockey captain approach to work every single day and inspires our team to ever greater heights of achievement.

Having started as a lettings negotiator he has worked developing an encyclopedic knowledge of the city that has, time and again, proven priceless to Arkade clients.

Our business administrator positively dazzled us when he first came to Arkade by rapidly absorbing every single element of our business we could throw at him. Now as our administrator chief in Sales and Lettings, the entire office goes to him for the right answers to the toughest questions.
